Evening return services after 7 pm are scheduled to increase by one additional departure on weekdays, reducing wait times at Wendouree and Ballarat stations for workers finishing at local manufacturers or the hospital precinct.

School students travelling to Ballarat Secondary College campuses and families attending weekend events at Sovereign Hill are expected to see minor shifts in Saturday morning services starting March 2027.
